Tyre Baling
Our state of the art baling machine provides a solution to disposing of tyres in an environmentally friendly way as well as transporting a large amount of waste tyres more efficiently. Our baling machine consists of two large powerful hydraulic cylinders powered by a separate power pack. A single tyre bale contains approximately 100 tyres and when compressed are secured by steel wires. The waste tyre bales are often used for drainage and landscaping initiatives.
Tyre Shredding
Tyre shredding is solution we adopt to manage waste tyres efficiently and in an environmentally friendly way. The tyres are transported in bales to a specialist tyre shredding centre. The shredded tyres have many uses including; alternative fuel to coal in cement kilns.
